WARNING TO ALL VILLA OWNERS: THREATENED AND SCAMMED BY AMR BEBARS
Based on our experience with the above guest, ABebars (Cairo), we strongly advise you not to rent your villa to him if you receive an enquiry, and we are happy to offer more information via private email communication relating to his behavior whilst on our property, his misuse of the villa and furnishings, and his initial reluctance to pay for the booking until arrival. His malicious review at TripAdvisor was written as a consequence of his payment not being refunded when he and his wife decided to leave the villa after one night. This refund refusal was fully covered in our Terms and Conditions (posted below) to which he had agreed. Furthermore, he attempted to coerce us into refunding this money by threatening to write such a review (as published at TripAdvisor) and which we refused to be coerced into complying with. We acted fairly and in accordance with our standard Terms and Conditions at all times. This is the first guest to have ever stayed at the villa and expressed anything other than complete satisfaction, as can be seen from the other 5 fully verified and bona fide reviews on the TripAdvisor site. CANCELLATION POLICY
3.1Cancellation Conditions
If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, we must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing:
30 days or more before arrival date:
Deposit forfeited - but credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation. The credit can be used by the client or anyone on his or her behalf for any reservation at the villa, during any period.
Within 30 days of arrival date:
All payments are forfeited.
